However, I've also experienced the incredible freedom and healing that comes from a relationship with Christ.
As a seasoned professional life coach, certified project manager, and dedicated family man, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. In addition to my role as a husband and father, I serve as a pastor/elder in a vibrant, life-giving community of faith called The Gathering in Southern California. With nearly a decade of coaching and over 25+ years of ministry experience, I find immense joy in guiding individuals toward the powerful, transformative change that only God can bring to our lives.

- Initial Assessment: Identify current challenges, aspirations, and goals. Explore past events and their impact on the present circumstances.

- Goal Setting and Action Planning: Collaboratively set clear, achievable goals aligned with personal purpose and values. Break down goals into actionable steps with measurable milestones. Develop strategies to overcome obstacles and stay focused.
- Recovery and Healing: Provide a safe space to process past events and emotions. Utilize active listening and impactful questioning to facilitate healing. Introduce coping mechanisms and resilience-building techniques.
- Rediscovering Inner Strengths: Conduct assessments to identify strengths and growth areas while recognizing and embracing inherent abilities and gifts. Cultivate self-compassion and confidence through processes that reinforce strengths.
- Spiritual Integration: Explore the spiritual life and journey. Integrate Christ-centered, biblical values into the coaching process to foster deeper meaning and connection. Encourage practices such as reflection, prayer, breathing, or journaling to enhance spiritual growth and transformation.
- Accountability and Progress Tracking: Regularly review progress towards goals and adjust action plans as needed. Create accountability for commitments and celebrate milestones. Offer support and encouragement during challenging times.
